First off, note that "A creator will not call forth from his creation something he did not put into it"
Hey there🤗
It’s been 13 days since I set this page up, and you took the chance on me. I want to say a huge thank you.
Okay, so let’s get back to you. Have you ever wondered why a creator can only bring forth what they have put into their creation? Imagine buying a Toyota and expecting the luxury of a Benz, or buying a Benz and expecting it to sip fuel like a Toyota. The jokes would be on you, right? These brands are created with their own qualities and capabilities, reflecting the intentionality put into them. So, do you see that God will not call you something he did not create in you?
Let's go back to the story of Gideon in the Bible. God called him to save the Israelites from the oppression of the Midianites. When the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, he said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.” One of Gideon’s responses was, “Pardon me, my Lord, but how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.” Yet God used him to deliver Israel with an army of 300 men, and he was known as a mighty warrior. God would not have called Gideon a mighty warrior if he had not put strength in him.
Just like Gideon’s responses, are you guilty of self-doubt? (Let me go first; I used to be guilty, very guilty in fact.) How many times have you called yourself a failure, defeated, unworthy, unwanted, unloved, powerless, a loser, ordinary, unimportant, fruitless, condemned, and so on? Have you sow seeds of words in your life that God did not call you?
Anyway, you remember I said I used to be guilty, right? Uhm, I found light in the word of God. Come closer, let me whisper in your ear. Do you know your life is full of love, meaning, and purpose? Have you heard the word that says, You are a branch of the true vine, His workmanship, His own special people, a friend of Jesus, kings and priests, a conqueror, a chosen generation, the light of the world, the salt of the earth, a city set on a hill? Trust me, you can’t be all this and not be the envy of the town (source). I no fit lie give you.)
You are everything He calls you because He has put these qualities into you before He calls them forth in you and me.
I hope you live the rest of your days in light of what God has put into you.
P.S. I have a confession🤭 “You are the light of the world” always burst me. I know the feeling of switching on the light bulbs in my room, so I can only imagine when He says we are light in this world.
Okay, I am done whispering. I hope I did not say too much, and if I did, oh well, I could not help but say it. I am also eager to hear you whisper back in my ears. Will you? I genuinely want to listen to what you think and have to say too.
Wait, I need a favour. If you enjoyed this read, please share it with others. If not, you may like the next write-up, so please still share. Thank you!
I hope we hear from each other soon.

Snaps fingers ferociously!
Thank you for writing this NK
Self doubt comes from a faulty world view. When we view the world, ourselves and our relation with God properly, we'd be so grateful to be used by him that we'd forget who and what we thought we were and weren't.
Yeah even though, I’m not too conversant with these bible stories,
How I get around Envy is to let the Subject ( the person I’m envious about ) know how good they are at where they at,
I don’t know if it’s a Hack I created for myself but it works,
( Because I sometimes install a sense of gratitude in “THEM” just by letting them know how I’m envious of them in a good way )
And also to myself knowing that I’m not anyway in competition with them ( basically in my lane ) maybe till I find what’s complementary to that!
Yeah some will say, that’s still comparison !
Well! we’re humans, that kind of comparison breeds “ WILL-POWER “
